Crop Mob Event Planned for Saturday
This Saturday's Crop Mob event has been modified due to the COVID-19 virus. Unfortunately we can no longer offer lunch but if you wish to get out in the fresh air and assist the farmer within the appropriate 6'+ of social distance, feel free to come on over between 9am and 12 noon (unless it's raining). All ages are welcome. Email HG to give him a heads up if you're planning on, thinking about, might want to come (he can answer any questions you might have too!) siwveggies@gmail.com / 4317 South Creek Road, Chadds Ford, PA.
It might be just the thing you need to clear your head. Bring gloves if you have 'em!

Wanted: Like-minded people who happen to enjoy eating really great, lovingly grown, freshly picked vegetables!
Wanted: Like-minded people who happen to enjoy eating really great, lovingly grown, freshly picked vegetables!
When
we started the CSA years ago I didn't really know what we were
getting into. It has been quite a journey with highs and lows, twists and turns & ups and downs. It's been more difficult than I imagined and more rewarding in ways I never anticipated. SIW Vegetables continues to create strong roots and an amazing community of CSA members who live by our motto "Eat Food, Not Too Much, Mostly Plants". Join us!

Mark Your Calendar for these upcoming events!
It's almost time for our annual Crop Mobs!
Join us for a Saturday morning of farm work and fun, capped off by a delightful alfresco lunch. Work directly with our Farmer, HG and some of the SIW crew to prepare the farm for planting. We'll clean the high tunnels, plant seedlings and work on other "start-of-the-season" farm tasks. It's the perfect opportunity to connect with the earth and get a little dirty!!
These events are FREE and open to the public. Please register so we can have a delicious lunch waiting for you and don't forget to specify if you need a vegetarian lunch. Don't forget to wear comfortable shoes, clothes that can get dirty and bring a pair of gloves.
Saturday, March 28th 9 am - 12 noon (please RSVP by March 25th for lunch)
Saturday, April 25th 9 am - 1 2 noon (please RSVP by April 22nd for lunch)
To register, phone or email HG:

Time: 10:30am -2:00 pm
Where: The Desmond Malvern, 1 Liberty Boulevard, Malvern, PA 19355
