Chef Robert Lhulier, of the acclaimed Snuff Mill Restaurant, Butchery & Wine Bar, is bringing us a glimpse into late Spring. This burrata & strawberry dish looks so bright, it's like Spring on a plate!
In addition to a Spring menu change coming up, we've also launched a new raw bar featuring premium East and West Coast Oysters, shrimp cocktail, ceviche and more. We've also embarked on a partnership with world famous chef Thomas Keller. His Regis Ova Caviar is featured on our menus at lunch and dinner and is also available for retail purchase! Three levels of gorgeous, sustainable Siberian Caviar to sample by the ounce. And another partnership with Laurent-Perrier Champagne, featuring grand champagne by the glass and 3 tete de cuvée by the bottle.
