Our CSA Pick Up Begins This Week!

Our first CSA week begins today! You can stop down any day if the week that’s convenient for you (although we recommend a weekday to save you from the weekend crowds). We are open 9 am to 6 pm daily.

A few notes:

Remember to take what's on the list (no substitutions please).

If we're out of something on the list, please notify our staff and we will accommodate you. 

Don't forget to bring your bags.

If you have a half share you come every other week, but you can choose when to start:

begin this week, skip next, come the week after or skip this week, begin next week, skip the following week and so on...

Our team is delighted to assist in any way we can. We want to make your experience a wonderful one!

Aperitif 
 Gazpacho - seasonal tomatoes, olive oil, sherry vinegar 
 Tortilla de Patatas - potatoes, eggs, caramelized onions 
 Olivas & Manchego - seasoned Castelveltrano olives 

Dinner 
 Empanada de Fugazza avec Fancy Salad leeks, onions and cheese - very Porteño style - empanada served with watermelon radish, tomato, potatoes, kalamata olives and pickled red onions salad. 

 Hummus - Kalamata olive and Cannellini bean hummus, seasonal grilled SIW farm veggies.

 Empanada de Carne - Happy Valley grass-fed organic beef, spices, olives, raisin - known for a spicy kick from the Pimenton sweet paprika, cumin and chili flakes from the Andes, olive oil dough served with Salsa Criolla. 

Asado - Grilled flap steak and Argentine-style chorizo, llajua, provenzal red potatoes. 

 Dessert 
Torta Balcarce Genoise, porto syrup, chantilly, strawberries
