Summer Dinner at Le Cavalier Featuring SIW Vegetables

Le Cavalier, Swigg, SIW Vegetables, and Ouro Wines have partnered to bring a summer wine dinner to Le Cav on Wednesday, August 23 at 7pm. Featuring the Brandywine River Valley’s peak-season, end-of-summer bounty alongside some of the most beautiful natural wines around, please join us for this five-course dinner with paired wines all available for purchase through Swigg. The menu will feature dishes like stracciatella with grilled peach, confit tomato + Bigorra ham, gnudi with blue crab, corn consommé + fresh chickpeas, and profiteroles with sweet corn gelato + warm blueberry compote.
