The first garlic bulbs have been harvested! Lucky for you, it's on the CSA list this week:
CSA Weekly Share #4:
1 bag of lettuce
1 quart of peas
2 lbs of squash or zucchini
1 bunch of garlic scapes
1 garlic bulb (woo hoo!)
1 bunch of scallions
2 sunflowers
Just a reminder: pick up days are Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. This list may change as the week goes on.. some items are "while supplies last".
