Our Final CSA Dinner and What a Beautiful Night it was!

The stars were all aligned for a fantastic evening of great food and entertainment for our last CSA Dinner of the year.

The day gave way to a sun filled afternoon setting the stage for a beautiful sunset.  As the guests started to arrive the crisp evening air had the aroma of delectable SIW veggies on the grill at the hand of Chef Bryan Sekora, owner of La Fia , Bistro and Bakery of Wilmington, DE.

We also were delighted to welcome Erin Dickens, formerly of the Manhattan Transfer, who entertained us with some beautiful songs after dinner.

Erin has been touring on the international scene with her new book, "Sizzle and Swing."  She had developed a line of herbs to enhance any recipe while being able to listen to such selections as"Java Jive," while swinging around your kitchen.  You can find her seasonings and book at the stand.
