Planting Has Begun!

This past week was BUSY and this ones even busier. We laid biodegradable plastic for six varieties of peas, plus scallions, kale, basil, spaghetti, meatballs and a partridge in a pear tree!

Peas, Taters and Early Sweet Corn are going in the ground!  MMMM, can't you just taste that corn!


COMPOST! 
Billions of micro organisms breaking leaves down into compost!  BLACK GOLD!  Below is four years worth of compost.  Each year gets darker and richer! If you are interested in making compost for yourself, take a look at our Pinterest site with some gardening tips.
