Harry's (and the Haskell's) Hospitality

H.G. and his wife Kim started off their season of hospitality to the community with great warmth and enthusiasm.

Chef David Banks, and his crew from Harry's Hospitality, outdid himself tonight.  The meal was delicious and his presentation was beautiful!

If you've never had the opportunity to dine at one of Chef Bank's restaurants, we encourage you to stop by and enjoy his wonderful culinary skills! Every location is unique for its own style.

No doubt you'll enjoy some fantastic dishes such as he served us tonight!

Zucchini, Pecans, Crystallized Ginger, Toasted Fideo

Pickling Cukes and Candydrops

Escarole Salad, Grilled Peaches

Sassafras-Braised Pork and Cherry Chutney

Grilled Sweet Corn with Garlic Scape Butter.

And, Bing Cherries with spiced Butter

Heirloom Tomatoes and Watermelon Salad

Besides delicious food, everyone seemed to have a great time reuniting with old friends, meeting new ones and simply enjoying the farm.

H.G. had some nice things to say about those who help him most.  So, for those of his staff that weren't there... Click here to view If you'd like to work for H.G. too, we're hiring!  Please call Debbe at (610) 388-0318

We'd like to thank, once again, Chef Banks for all he did to make our first Field-to-Fork dinner a great success!  We're looking forward to the next one. Our last dinner still has openings (September 16).  But, if you can't make that one and you've missed out on this great venue for the year, please sign-up to receive weekly alerts by putting in your email address at the top of this page and you'll be notified when great events like this happen!
